- Here's a little bit about me....
I ditched a corporate career of 23 years, most recently as VP Global Brand Operations for a $500M company helping them to expand their service operations into more than 14 countries.
In part the success of the expansion required a growth in leaders globally and that is where I would shine. I successfully seeded throughout the organization Leaders who understood and used their strengths well.
Today as CEO of Strength Leader Development LLC, http://StrengthLeader.com , I coach individuals and organizations on how to discover and lead with their strengths so they can in fact 'lift the lid' on their potential.

And I am both a Founding Partner with the John Maxwell Team as well as a Certified Coach and Speaker in John's certification program.
Often times while Coaching the missing ingredient was not skill or talent, but it was a gap in leadership mindset that was preventing success. I began this community to help equip, encourage and empower each of us to develop our leadership to its highest potential.
I'm married to an amazing guy for the past 33 years and enjoy doing life with him and our daughter.
